Özyurtlar Holding puts up for sale the last 50 apartments in "Ncadde Hayat"

Özyurtlar Holding is selling the houses in its project Ncadde Hayat Residence in the heart of Esenyurt at the prices of two years ago.
Özyurtlar Holding, which serves in the real estate sector, implemented it in the center of Esenyurt, where more than 1 million people live.

Regarding the matter, Özyurtlar Holding Chairman Tamer Özyurt said::

“We pioneered the formation and awareness of the brand value of Esenyurt district. We have implemented many projects in the region. Now we are offering the last remaining 50 apartments of the Ncadde Hayat residence for sale at the prices of two years ago with the slogan of new life at the old prices from 3,500 TL per square meter. Apartment prices in the project are 1+1 208 thousand TL, 2+1'de 280 thousand TL starting,” he said.

"Ncadde Hayat Residence" consists of 8 shops with a total of 204 apartments including 1+1 and 2+1 in a single block of 12 floors. The project, which has raised over 28 thousand m2 of construction area, is scheduled to be delivered in December 2018. Social facilities and facilities included in the project will include city-view terraces, fitness, gym, walking areas, Turkish bath, sauna, 24/7 security, reception service and covered parking.
